Thug Aengus Chóil Mhaidhc léargas dúinn ar an obair iontach atá ar bun aige in An Garraí Glas (an fheirm organach sna Minna). Turas spéisiúil d'ainneoin an bháisteach.
Siar linn ina dhiaidh sin go POTA , áit a raibh lón thar a bheith blasta againn. Thug fear a'tí Diarmuid Ó Mathúna léargas dúinn ar stair an chaifé agus ar an gceangal domhain atá ag an gcaifé leis an bpobal agus leis an timpeallacht áitiúil.
Chuir Gaeltacht an Eachréidh, An Bruach Thoir agus Club Foghlaimeoirí Gaeilge Chois Fharraige an ócáid seo ar siúl.

Gaelbhia went very well last Saturday.
Despite the rain, Aengus Chóil Mhaidhc gave us a fantastic insight into the amazing work he is doing with the An Garraí Glas, the organic farm in Cois Fharraige.
Back to POTA for a sumptuous lunch and a commanding oration from Chef Diarmuid Ó Mathúna. He gave us an informative and entertaining history of the cafe and the importance of the link with the locality, with nature, with an Ghaeilge and with using locally-sourced foods.
